Being human can be a lot.
Life doesn’t always go how we hoped, and sometimes it leaves us feeling stuck, uncertain, helpless or overwhelmed. It’s not just you. The human experience is a challenging one, and we were never meant to face it alone.
I can support you in discovering what might be missing … even the things you didn’t know you were searching for.

You don’t need to change who you are
to experience change.
In therapy, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s happening for you to help you better understand yourself, shift unhelpful patterns, and find practical ways to feel more steady and supported in daily life.
Together we can uncover what’s getting in the way of feeling grounded and connected to yourself and to those who matter most, so you can move forward with greater self-assurance, resilience, and a renewed sense of connection.
My approach —
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and therapist-in-training, I take a culturally and socially conscious lens to this work, rooted in the belief that self-understanding brings peace and vitality.
I draw from:
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
ACT helps clients build psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult emotions rather than avoid them. Through mindfulness and values-based action, clients develop skills to live with greater authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
Mindfulness and body-based practices
These approaches use awareness of breath, movement, and bodily sensations to connect mind and body. By grounding in the present moment, clients can reduce stress, regulate emotions, and gain insight into patterns held in both the body and mind.
Existential and psychodynamic approaches
Existential and Psychodynamic Approaches
Rooted in understanding the deeper layers of human experience, these approaches explore meaning, identity, and early life influences. Clients are supported in uncovering unconscious patterns and creating a more self-aware, intentional way of living.
These help us build awareness, restore hope, and shift patterns through a mind-body-soul lens.
